CXS-5TX calibration standard
EM-Tec CXS-5TX calibration standard includes five reference materials and a 200um aperture copper Faraday cup. All mounted in a compact diam.12.7mm standard stainless steel pin stub. The copper Faraday cup can be used to measure beam current and to monitor beam stability.
Intended application: setting up EDAX detectors and EDS systems for 1-20KeV.
Reference materials: Si, Cr, Fe, Ni and Mo. 200um copper Faraday cup.
