DiATOME Cryo Immuno Diamond Knives Range
DiATOME cryo immuno diamond knives have been specially designed for ultra thin sectioning at low temperature using the Tokuyasu method for immunocytochemistry. The 35° angle knife edge is conveniently mounted on a raised platform for easier removal of ribbons of cryo sections from the knife with a loop. Fully compatible with cryo ultramicrotomes from Leica and RMC.
Picking up of sections for Tokuyasu method is made easier with a perfect loop.
cryo immuno knives can be resharpened multiple times using the DiATOME resharpening service.
