Tilt rotation manipulator with encoded axes
Tilt-rotation manipulator with encoded axes for Phenom desktop microscopes, including positioner. Tilt range is +90° to -90° and there is an additional rotation axis for 360° free rotation of the specimen. Both axes are encoded with 0.2° absolute accuracy.
