RoTip shuttle
RoTip Shuttle. A rotational axis mounted on a load-lock compatible platform. It allows 360° unlimited axial rotation of small specimens and TEM grids. The system includes control electronics, TEM grid holders, a vacuum flange, a vacuum feedthrough and an operator’s handbook.
