XYZR substage for UHV
XYZR substage for UHV – substage with 10 mm travel in X and Y- 3 mm travel in Z- unlmited rotation for UHV applications. The system includes control electronics- a joypad- PC software and an operator’s handbook. Vacuum flange and vacuum feedthrough(s) to be supplied by the customer.
